Sales and Returns

Every item listed is hand made by artist Jamie Smith. Hand made art products will always have imperfections that contribute towards the uniqueness of the piece. As a small business and independent artist all sales are therefore final and refunds and returns are not negotiable. Upon purchase the buyer accepts their goods as their responsibility once payment has been submitted.  

 

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

When we receive a valid claim for a product purchased from us, the buyer should directly contact the seller via email at aka_jamiesmith@hotmail.com or on the contact us page to handle the dispute respectfully and courteously.
