Blossom of the dead was made in collaboration with Argentinian artist Antonella Pulciincella. We met at a makers market where I was drawn to Antonella's colourful designs. Over a beer, we discussed all things art and life and settled on a collaboration of two wall hanging pieces for an upcoming exhibition.

Blossom of the dead was a combined design of Antonella's skull, Jamie then designed and hand tufted flowers to represent the cultural backgrounds of both artists, Argentinian and British and included Mexican flowers to pay homage to the Day of the dead tradition.

This piece is approx 66cm high by 70cm wide (measured at furthest points). It is felt backed and fitted with two D-Ring brass hooks for a two point hang.
